Alcohol

Antenatal care

Routine antenatal check-ups by our qualified midwife at the practice.

Asthma

Annual review, spirometry, peak flow, inhaler technique, medication review. Please click here to complete the asthma review questionnaire before your annual appointment.

Baby Clinic

6 week developmental checks, vaccinations &immunisations, liaison with health visitor

Breathlessness

Annual review, spirometry, peak flow, inhaler technique, medication review, includes heart failure etc.

Cervical Smears

Appointments are available with the practice nurse.

Child health

A drop-in clinic for advice and weight checking is available at the practice. Vaccinations for all children up to age 5. Time: Wednesday 2.30pm – 4pm

COPD

Annual review, spirometry, peak flow,  inhaler technique, medication review

Diabetes

Blood tests, annual review, medication review.

Family planning

We hold a family planning clinic at the practice. We provide advice on contraception including coil fitting and provision of free condoms. Time: Tuesday 2.30pm – 4pm

Flu and covid vaccinations

We run a flu jab clinic in late October. Ask at reception for further information. Information about national Covid-19 vaccination campaigns can be found on the NHS website.

Health Trainer

Advice & support for a healthy lifestyle.

Heart disease

Health check including blood tests for prevention of heart disease.

Hypertension

Blood pressure checks, annual review, medication review.

Minor Surgery

Joint injections, wart removal.
